TERMS OF SERVICES
By purchasing my services, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
PAYMENT
✦ Payment will be paid full upfront via PayPal (USD only) before I starts working on the commission.✦ ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS will be an extra 50% of the commission price. (Max of 3 characters per commission)✦ REVISIONS - Major revisions requested after the main sketch has been approved will be charged with a 25-50% Revision fee will depend on complexity of revision.✦ The commission is NON REFUNDABLE. You can only cancel your commission before payment.
COPYRIGHT
✦ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.✦ This commission is for personal use only. You may use the illustration for profile pictures, desktop backgrounds/ wallpapers, or printing it for yourself or as a gift.✦ Using this commission for commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling merch of the artwork, business branding, or any use for profit.✦ When you post the commissioned illustration please credit me.✦ No NFTs✦ NO A.I. Usage of my art for machine learning/ A.I. is strictly forbidden.
COMMISSION PERIOD
✦ Commissions will be finished within 3-4 months.✦ NO rushing for these commissions.✦ DELAYS: If due to unexpected circumstances the commission may be delayed. You will be informed via email along with an estimate time I will be able to continue
WAITLIST
✦ If commissions are closed, or you weren't chosen for the current batch of commissions, you may opt to be waitlisted by emailing me.✦ I will choose the next batch of commissions from the waitlist.✦ Please note I will not be able to get to everyone on the waitlist therefore if you are not chosen for the next batch, you will remain on the waitlist until further notice✦ Chosen waitlisted clients will be notified before I open the next batch of commissions. I will be checking if you sre still interested in going through with your commission.
GENERAL
✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission request if I feel unable to fulfill your request.✦ The artwork will be DIGITAL ONLY.✦ The artwork will be drawn in my style. Please do not request me to imitate or draw in a different style (Please see samples for reference)✦ Communication will be done through email.✦ If there are any changes to my Terms of Service you will be notified via email.
